Dear Prayer Partners,   

March 2008

The time at our Florida home has been full with making preparations to be gone again this year.  God has been good to us. Our health needs have been met, house projects completed, ministry opportunities in our retirement community and our local church fulfilling, and the many computer problems resolved.

We are looking forward to being a help to our daughter and son-in-law with the arrival of their second daughter (our 11th grandchild) any time now in Ohio; to spend some time with Shirley’s mom who will have her 92nd birthday in May, and to be at four graduations of family members also in May.  The graduations are kindergarten, high school, college, and seminary.

After arriving back to Florida the end of May, we will complete final details to fly to Dublin, Ireland to substitute for Les and Jenny Hill until the third week in August.  Then September 1 we fly to Cambodia to fill in for Wayne and Dee Snyder until the 2 or 3 of November.

Your prayers are vital in helping us to continue this great work of “helping God’s servants around the world.”  We must depend upon God for wisdom, health, strength, and protection in order to accomplish the multiple tasks that are set before us.  We praise God for how He has used you in our lives to help us accomplish His will.  Wherever we go, there are people who need the Lord; and what a joy it is to share our wonderful risen Lord Jesus Christ with them.  HE IS ALIVE!  HE IS RISEN! And because our Savior is risen and alive, He gives hope to all mankind of a wonderful future for all eternity to all who will put their trust in Him.
